All conference papers submitted to ICCEA 2026 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful review process, all accepted papers of ICCEA 2026 will be published inIEEE Xplore and will be submitted toEI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Electronics Letters is an internationally renowned journal published by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). It is highly regarded for rapidly disseminating high-quality, cutting-edge research in electronics and electrical engineering. The journal covers areas including electronic devices, circuits and systems, signal processing, communications, optoelectronics, microwave technology, power electronics, and emerging engineering technologies.


It is indexed inSCIE, EI, and Scopus. High-quality papers presented at the conference, after review by the conference committee and journal editors, can be recommended for submission. All manuscripts must undergo the journal's independent peer-review process, which is known for its short cycle and high publication efficiency.
